ESCIB Held the First Online Consortium Meeting

The ESCIB Consortium, recently held its first online consortium meeting on March 22, 2024. During this productive session, members discussed the project's current progress and established a roadmap for upcoming milestones.

Our current main work for the ESCIB project include:

  •  Identification and classification of high-TRL (Technology Readiness Level) industrial bio-based systems, performance evaluation, and development of case study guidelines.
  •  Creation of impact assessment methodologies and spatially/temporally explicit inventory models.
  •  Comprehensive review and selection of suitable circularity assessment methods.

The ESCIB Consortium is committed to delivering valuable project outputs that will aid in the analysis and optimization of industrial bio-based systems. Further updates will be provided as the project progresses.
